10 –11:00. Story-time under the Trees (Ages 3-7 years old)
Cozy corner with blankets and bean bag.
Beloved children’s author reads his/her latest book featuring (Author’s name), (Book Title).
Includes puppet performances and singalongs.

11 –12:00. Fairytale Remix Workshop (Ages 6-10)
Led by local popular elementary school teacher.

12:30 –1:30.  Picnic and Children’s Poetry
Bring your own lunch or buy something from food carts and vendors.
Enjoy kid friendly poetry, open mic and music entertainment!
Mini make your own poem station or short story will be available.

1:45 – 2:45 Interactive Adventure
A guided interactive adventure around the festival and what the library offers for children with puzzles, riddles, and dramatic readings hosted by volunteers and library staff

3 – 4:00. Create Your Own
Create Your Own Comic Character, Self Publish Mini-Books, Build A Story Game – Group Writing. Kids can learn the basics of character creation, panel layout, self-publishing, and group writing from professional illustrators, materials provided.

4:15 – 5:00. Family Book Quiz
Evaluate your knowledge of children’s books, classic tales, and fun facts.
